Le livre-cd « In & Out » réalisé par PeopleKonsian et le Centre Laylac sera disponible d'ici la fin du mois !

Le projet « In & Out », dans la continuité du projet peinture « In Between » sur la question des prisonniers politiques palestiniens, est né de notre volonté commune de mettre en place un projet culturel pour parler de la situation en Palestine et promouvoir la solidarité : un moyen d’expression, d’émancipation, et une traduction artistique des sentiments et des revendications politiques des Palestiniens.

Au coeur du projet : la peinture et le rap, associés à la musique palestinienne.
Des ateliers ont été organisés au centre Laylac (situé dans le camp de Dheisheh, près de Bethléem) du 23 mars au 16 avril 2018.
15 jeunes palestinien.ne.s, âgé.e.s de 12 à 31 ans, et une volontaire internationale ont participé aux ateliers peinture avec la peintre Sania (membre de PeopleKonsian), 22 oeuvres ont été réalisées.

Lors des ateliers rap menés par Akye et E.One (du groupe de rap « Première Ligne »), 2 morceaux ont été écrits et enregistrés par 4 garçons âgés de 16 à 18 ans.
Une chanson révolutionnaire palestinienne a également été enregistrée par le groupe de musique composé de 9 garçons et hommes âgés de 13 à 40 ans.

Le 17 avril 2018, Journée internationale de solidarité avec les prisonniers palestiniens, nous avions organisé une expo-concert au Centre culturel Ibda’a (camp de Dheisheh).

L'impression du livre trilingue (anglais, français, arabe) de 52 pages et le pressage du cd 3 titres sont faits en Palestine. On retrouve dans le livre tout le projet en textes et en images (les photos des oeuvres, des ateliers, de l'expo-concert...).

The PeopleKonsian and Laylac Center 's "In & Out" book-cd will be available by the end of the month !
 
The project “In & Out” is a continuation of the painting project “In Between” on the issue of Palestinian political prisoners. It was born from our common desire to set up a cultural project to speak about the situation in Palestine and promote solidarity : a channel for the expression, emancipation and artistic translation of Palestinian aspirations and political goals.
 
At the heart of the project : painting and rap, associated with Palestinian music.
Workshops were held at the Laylac Centre (located in Dheisheh Camp, near Bethlehem) from March 23 to April 16, 2018.
15 Palestinian youth (girls and boys, aged 12 to 31 years old) and one international volunteer participated in the painting workshops with the French painter Sania (member of PeopleKonsian) : 22 works were produced.

During the rap workshops led by Akye and E.One (members of the French rap group “Première Ligne ”), two songs were written and recorded with 4 boys aged 16 to 18 years old.
A Palestinian revolutionary song was also recorded by the music group which is composed of 9 boys and men aged 13 to 40 years old.

On 17 April 2018, which coincided with International Palestinian Prisoners Day, an exhibition and a concert were organised at Ibdaa Cultural Center (Dheisheh camp).
 
The printing of the trilingual book (English, French, Arabic) of 52 pages and the pressing of the cd 3 titles are made in Palestine. We find in the book all the project in texts and images (photos of paintings, workshops, exhibition-concert ...).
